Booking should be made 3 weeks in advance by providing name, phone and email.
Once room is available, full payment must be made 2 weeks before check in date to confirm booking.
No refund or cancellation once payment has been made.
I do not encourage booking less than 2 weeks before check in date, however if you wish to try your luck, especially during non peak period, kindly submit payment first, and no refund or cancellation is allowed if room is confirmed. If booking is not successful then full refund will be given.
Payment methods:
Bank in to Maybank/CIMB/Bank Islam/Bank Rakyat. Further details will be provided.
